5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any materials or designs created by Midlands Copy Services Ltd remain the property of Midlands Copy Services Ltd until full payment has been received. Any designs or documents provided by the customer must not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Liability

Midlands Copy Services Ltd will take reasonable care to ensure the quality of the services provided. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service in question and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Data Protection

We handle all customer information with strict confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection regulations. Customer data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Collection and Delivery

Customers are responsible for collecting completed work within agreed times. Midlands Copy Services Ltd is not liable for storage of uncollected items beyond the collection timeframe. Delivery options and associated costs will be confirmed at the time of order.
